Payment and cancellation conditions: Advance payment of 30% is compulsory. Advance payment may be done by bank transfer. If cancellation is received 30 days or more before the arrival date, advance payment will be refunded in full. For all other cancellations and no-shows the advance payment will not be refunded.
Pets: Pets are not allowed in the Villa.
Smoking inside the house is prohibited.
Security deposit in the amount of €400, collected at check-in, will be refunded at check-out. In case of any damage, security deposit will not be refunded.
