Villa Ella is a beautiful modern house with a swimming pool built in 2019. It is situated in Premantura. The house is about 168 m2, it's spread over two floors and can accomodate 6 + 2 guests.
In the house you will find a spacious living room with an open, fully equipped kitchen and dining table which is directly connected with beautiful terrace with private pool, barbecue area, loungers, solar shower and a dining table for up to 8 people.
There are three bedrooms with private bathrooms. All rooms are air – conditioned, have TV / SAT, Internet connection and Wi – Fi.
Villa Ella offers two private parking areas in front of the house.

Payment and cancellation conditions: Advance payment of 30% is compulsory. Advance payment may be done by bank transfer. If cancellation is received 30 days or more before the arrival date, advance payment will be refunded in full. For all other cancellations and no-shows the advance payment will not be refunded.
Pets: Pets are not allowed in the Villa.
Smoking inside the house is prohibited.
Security deposit in the amount of €400, collected at check-in, will be refunded at check-out. In case of any damage, security deposit will not be refunded.
